The Howard County Office on Aging, a division of the Howard County Department of Citizen Services, is the principal agency that plans, advocates, develops, and coordinates programs and services for Howard County residents age 50 and older, adults with disabilities age 18 and over, and their family members. Office on Aging programs and activities are open to all people regardless of race, creed, or national origin.
