 Bureau of Utilities - Technical Support Division

Location :   8250 Old Montgomery Rd.
Hours of Operation :   Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Technical Support Division is responsible for providing engineering support and management of various administrative and maintenance operations for the Bureau including :

  • All administrative functions
  • Budgeting
  • Engineering
  • Water and sewer master planning
  • Construction inspection
  • GIS mapping

This Division also ensures compliance with various state and federal regulations governing the water distribution and wastewater collection system.


The Bureau of Utilities' "Water Only Submeters Policy for Commercial and Industrial Water/Sewer Accounts", including the Submeter Permit Application Form, is now available online.
