NOTICE:

On Friday, January 8, 2010, the Circuit Court Division, Juvenile Division and Administrative offices of the Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office will relocate from the county office complex/Carroll Building at 3450 Courthouse Drive, to the second floor of 8815 Centre Park Drive, Columbia, Maryland 21045.

The Circuit Court Division Victim Witness Unit has moved to the Howard County Circuit Courthouse at 8360 Court Avenue in Ellicott City. The unit’s phone number remains the same: 410-313-3153.

The Drug & Alcohol Diversion Program has moved to the District Court Multi Purpose Center at 3451 Courthouse Drive in Ellicott City. The unit’s phone number remains the same: 410-313-3017.

To reach the new offices take Route 29 to MD Route 108 east. Turn left on Centre Park Drive and the second left on the drive between Giant Food and Burger King to 8815 Centre Park Drive. The new office is also accessible from the eastbound lanes of MD Route 100. Take the Centre Park Drive exit and turn right on the drive between Giant Food and Burger King to 8815 Centre Park Drive.

Office Hours:

7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except for legal holidays

Legal holidays customarily include observances of New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Fourth of July), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the following Friday), and Christmas Day.

It is recommended that visitors call first due to operating variances affecting public access outside of the traditional hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 8815 Centre Park Drive and the District Court Multipurpose Center.
