Natural Resources Management

The Natural Resources Management section provides technical assistance in the areas of park and open space land assessment and develops Integrated Natural Resource Management Plans (INRMPs) for our parklands. Each INRMP includes information and detailed descriptions of existing ecosystems, flora and fauna specific to each site. In addition, the management plans recommend habitat enhancements and best management practices, and address trail management, non-native invasive plant species, and wildlife management issues.
