Annual Environmental Sustainability Summit

The 2010 Annual Summit of the Howard County Environmental Sustainability Board featured remarks by Delegate Liz Bobo and presentations on storm water by Board Member Mark Southerland and energy by Board Member Christina Mudd. Click here for a schedule of events from the Summit.

This year's Summit also featured the first ever
Green Screen Awards which were presented to local students to recognize their production of videos about either storm water or energy.
The contest was designed to engage teens and their families in "Greener Choices, Green World," the theme of GreenFest 2010.
