Kiwanis Wallas Rec Center 

Kiwanis-Wallas Hall will no longer be available for rentals after April 1, 2013. 

The Kiwanis-Wallas Hall is conveniently accessible from all parts of Howard County. It is well suited for larger events and has a banquet capacity of two-hundred people. Room dividers can partition the facility into three areas. 

Rental Rates 

$200 security deposit.
$100 per hour for County residents/$120 per hour for non-County residents, two hour minimum. Includes use of full facility, including kitchen: 3600 sq. ft. (60 x 60) with a total maximum capacity of 450 meeting, 200 banquet. Full-service commercial kitchen (374 sq. ft.) with ice machine. (Kitchen must be cleaned if used).

Additional Information 

Alcohol is permitted inside the building.
A midnight curfew is in effect for all events.
Fee includes use of 15 large tables and 200 chairs. (Applicant must provide any additional tables and chairs up to maximum capacity).
