Charter Drive Improvements to Begin
ELLICOTT CITY, MD – A Howard County construction project to install a new traffic island and improve traffic flow on Charter Drive in Columbia is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, April 23. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late May.
Flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic as needed and variable message signs will be posted to advise motorists of the construction.
