Howard County Office on Aging

NOTICE:  The Bain Center in Columbia will reopen today, March 23, after last month's cold temperatures caused a sprinkler head to rupture and water damaged the floor and walls.  The facility now boasts new hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, and new carpeting.  For more information on rescheduled activities, please call 410-313-7213.

The Howard County Office on Aging, a division of the Howard County Department of Citizen Services, is the principal agency that plans, advocates, develops, and coordinates programs and services for Howard County residents age 50 and older, adults with disabilities age 18 and over, and their family members. Office on Aging programs and activities are open to all people regardless of race, national origin, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or age.
