NOTICE:  Due to a broken water pipe and subsequent flooding on Wednesday, February 18, the Bain Center in Columbia will be closed for two to four weeks for repairs.  Some programs have been relocated to alternate locations and participants have been contacted.  Participants in the congregate nutrition program are encouraged to make meal reservations at either Ellicott City Senior Center, Glenwood 50+ Center, or the North Laurel 50+ Center.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Howard County Office on Aging, a division of the Howard County Department of Citizen Services, is the principal agency that plans, advocates, develops, and coordinates programs and services for Howard County residents age 50 and older, adults with disabilities age 18 and over, and their family members.
