Village of Oakland Mills, Columbia
Robert Oliver Place Enhancement (ROPE) | Randy Clay | 410-313-4381
The project will create a design plan for enhancing the village center with new pedestrian and street amenities. Trees, art and special paving will visually expand the center's courtyard out onto Robert Oliver Place and connect it to The Interfaith Center. When the plan has been approved, the County will construct the improvements to provide a special gathering space that works for both daily use and community events.
