Customer Service - (410-313-3440)
The Department of Public Works Customer Service division handles inquiries and acts as a liaison between the citizens of Howard County and DPW. Additionally, the staff prepares press releases, notifies the community of DPW-related construction and activities, works with the County’s Public Information Office, and attends meetings with the County Council and community associations relative to public works activities.

Real Estate Services Division - (410-313-2330)
The Department of Public Works Real Estate Services Division strives to ensure that all mandated programs and functions assigned to the division are completed promptly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The staff is responsible for the administrative, legal, and technical requirements of the programs, policies, and procedures as hereinafter defined. Approximately 95% of this division's workload is mandated by State and/or County laws.
