  • Formerly known as “Alfa Pines Condominium Complex”, HCH acquired the property in 1990.

  • Mixed-income community built in 1981.
  • HCH acquired the property this year 2008.

  • Mixed income, federally subsidized (50 Project Base Section 8 units) family development.
  • The redevelopment and expansion will transform the community into a high quality, green, mixed-income community of 270 units.


HILLTOP
3624 Mount Ida Drive, Ellicott City

  • Financed with County Funds only.
  • 94 unit family development built in 1971: 52 townhouses and 42 garden apartments.
  • Current maintenance & repair activity includes power washing all building exteriors, painting all apartment buildings common areas, and replacing any damaged wood on the building exteriors.


MORNINGSIDE PARK
9950 Guilford Road, Jessup

  • Financed with Maryland Partnership Rental Housing Program funds.
  • 60 unit senior community built in 1996: 58 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom.


PARKVIEW @ EMERSON
Palace Hall Drive (Route 29 at Skylark Boulevard), Laurel

  • Shelter Group owned project with a Housing Commission ground lease.
  • New construction of 80 apartment homes on 6.8 acres: 58 one-bedrooms and 22 two-bedrooms.
  • Affordable apartment homes will be marketed to active seniors with incomes that are between 30% - 60% of the average median.


PATUXENT SQUARE
9902 Washington Blvd Laurel, MD 20723

  • 80 one and two bedroom affordable housing development on the Route 1 Corridor.
