Last year's event was a great success! Over 700 participants met with a wide variety of exhibitors and filled the classrooms of our education sessions offered throughout the day.

Highlights from last year:

• Free event where you can learn about renting, buying and fixing up a home.
• Meet one-on-one with over 45 exhibitors that could assist in your home search or buying process. Mortgage lenders and counselors, housing developers, real estate agents, apartment communities, and more; they’re all here!
• Learn from the best in the business by sitting in on any one of our on-going education sessions; learn everything from what a first-time homebuyer needs to home energy conservation
• Preview the latest new home construction developments on our narrated community bus tours
• House lottery drawings (number of homes offered to be determined) where qualified winners will have the opportunity to buy a new or renovated home at a substantially reduced price. Pre-qualified candidates must be present at event to win.
